HEMPADUR 85671

HEMPADUR 85671 is a two-component, amine adduct cured phenolic epoxy (novolac) coating with very good adhesion and high temperature, water and chemical resistance. As an interior lining in tanks, pipelines, railcars etc. for hot water, brine, crude oil, vegetable oils, molten sulphur and other chemicals as per the Chemical Resistance Guide. Specification:     Dry film thickness: 3 x 100 µm Cleanliness: Sa 2½-3  (ISO 8501-1) Roughness: BN10a (Rugotest No. 3)

HEMPALINE Defend 400

HEMPALINE Defend 400 is a solvent free, high performance epoxy lining with very good chemical resistance. This material is designed to be a single coat application. Hempaline Defend 400 is available in Standard (Cure 72) and in Fast Return to Service (Cure 24) grades, which both offer the same high performance. May be used as part of a glass reinforced system. (Hand-lay laminate see separate Application Instruction). Hempaline Defend 400 has excellent chemical resistance to crude oil up to 60°C /140°F, aromatic and aliphatic solvents, aviation fuels and gasoline. Specification: Dry film thickness: 1 x 400 µm Cleanliness: Sa 2½-3 (ISO 8501-1) Roughness: BN10a (Rugotest No. 3)

HEMPALINE Defend 630

HEMPALINE Defend 630 is a solvent free high performance Epoxy Phenolic Lining with excellent chemical resistance to a wide range of chemicals and solvents. Hempaline Defend 630 may be applied as a 1 or 2 coat scheme, and as part of a hand lay or spray applied glass fibre reinforced system. Hempaline Defend 630 is available in Standard (Cure 72) and in Fast Return to Service (Cure 24) grades, which both offer the same high performance. Hempaline Defend 630 is intended as a high performance tank lining for the storage of a wide range of petrochemicals including (but not limited to) crude oil up to 93°C /200°F, MTBE, produced water, alcohols, aromatic and aliphatic solvents, aviation fuels, gasoline blends, select acidic and caustic chemicals. Specification: Dry film thickness: 1 x 500 µm Cleanliness: Sa 2½-3 (ISO 8501-1) Roughness: BN10a (Rugotest No. 3)

HEMPALINE Defend 640

HEMPALINE Defend 640 is a solvent free high performance Glass Flake Epoxy Phenolic Llining with excellent chemical resistance to a wide range of chemicals and solvents. This material is designed to be a single coat application. Hempaline Defend 640 is available in Standard (Cure 72) and in Fast Return to Service (Cure 24) grades, which both offer the same high performance. Hempaline Defend 640 is intended as a high performance tank lining for the storage of a wide range of petrochemicals including crude oil up to 93°C /200°F, MTBE, produced water, alcohols, aromatic and aliphatic solvents, aviation fuels, select acidic and caustic chemicals. The material is reinforced with a glass flake filler which reduces permeability while enhancing the lining's mechanical properties and chemical resistance, making it a preferred choice for areas subject to impact and abrasion. Specification: Dry film thickness: 1 x 500 µm Cleanliness: Sa 2½-3 (ISO 8501-1) Roughness: BN10a (Rugotest No. 3)

HEMPALINE Defend 740

HEMPALINE Defend 740 is a two-component, sprayable high performance novolac glass flake vinyl ester tank lining. Hempaline Defend 740 has excellent resistance to organic and inorganic acid solutions, high temperatures and abrasion conditions. Hempaline Defend 740 is intended as a lining for steel and concrete chemical processing, storage tanks and vessels. It also withstand high temperatures, wet gas and chemical exposures found in wet Flue Gas Desulphurisation (FGD) systems and other extreme chemical environments Specification: Dry film thickness: 2 x 625 µm Cleanliness: Sa 2½-3 (ISO 8501-1) Roughness: BN10a (Rugotest No. 3)

HEMPEL'S GALVOSIL 15680/15700

HEMPEL'S GALVOSIL 15680/15700 is a solvent-borne zinc silicate. The cured film is purely inorganic and fully resistant to most organic solvents and generally allows a close sequence of chemicals. It has its limitations towards chemicals containing acids or alkalis. The pH value of the chemical must be between 6 and 9. HEMPEL'S GALVOSIL 15680/15700 is the typical choice in connection with chemicals of pure solvents like e.g. benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, methanol and chlorinated hydrocarbons, or mixtures of such solvents. Specification: Dry film thickness: 1 x 100 µm Cleanliness: Sa 2½ (ISO 8501-1) Roughness: BN10a (Rugotest No. 3)

HEMPADUR 35760

HEMPADUR 35760 is a solvent-free, two-component, high-build phenolic epoxy paint, which cures to a durable tank lining with very high corrosion protection properties and excellent chemical resistance. As a tank lining for new and old storage tanks containing oils, fuels, bio fuels and a wide range of chemicals. It can be used in conjunction with fibre glass to form a resilient reinforced tank lining. Specification: Dry film thickness: 1 x 500 µm Cleanliness: Sa 2½-3 (ISO 8501-1) Roughness: BN10a (Rugotest No. 3)
